This spacious and open concept condo, comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay.

Guests will have full access to the condo during their stay. Access is simple and secure: you’ll receive a building fob, a garage remote, and an assigned door code for the condo. You’ll also enjoy all building amenities, such as the heated pool, gym, tennis courts, game room, and laundry facilities on the same floor. A reserved parking spot is included, and beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels) are provided for your convenience.

Additional notes

Guests are responsible for replacing any lost keys. The cost to replace a garage door opener is $90, and the cost to replace a building entry key is $40.

Getting around

Sunny Isles is a very walkable area with restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beach just steps away. For longer trips, you’ll find public buses and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) readily available. Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, and Hallandale are just a short drive, while both Fort Lauderdale and Miami International Airports can be reached in under 40 minutes. If you plan to explore more of South Florida, having a car is recommended — and your stay includes free reserved parking for added convenience.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect our house rules. The condo is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in accordance with building regulations. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, and parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. Guests are responsible for caring for the property and following all building guidelines, including pool and gym rules.
