Additional notesResort Fee:
As per Ocean Reserve building policy, there is a mandatory one-time resort fee per unit per stay, payable to the front desk upon check-in. This allows guests the use of the building amenities such as the gym, pool and parking. The resort fee is $41.50 USD, payable once for the group staying (not per person).
Late Check-ins: If Arriving after 10pm on day of check-in, guest must complete the check in process at the front desk the following day before 11am.
Garage Remote:
Guests will find the garage remote in the condo upon arrival. If the remote is lost or misplaced, guests are responsible for the cost of replacement ($100).
