This spacious and open concept condo comes fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay.

-A key fob will be provided to guests for access to the pool, gym, and an assigned parking spot in the garage.

Additional notes

Please note as per Ocean Reserve building policy:
-There is a mandatory one-time resort fee per unit per stay payable to the front desk upon check-in. This allows guests the use of the building amenities such as the gym, pool and parking. The resort fee is 41.50 USD, payable once for the group staying (not per person). Each guest over 18 will receive a bracelet which will grant them access to these common areas.

Late Check-ins: If Arriving after 10pm on day of check-in, guest must complete the check in process at the front desk the following day before 11am.

Guests are responsible for replacing lost garage and building entry keys. The replacement of garage door opener is $80 and the building entry key is $20.
